Creating a product list without adding multiple products

Dear pros,

 

I am extremly new to osCommerce and have 0 knowlege about coding. My web designer asked me to post this up. My question:

 

Using oscommerce, I want to add a product list similar to this website: www.passwordjdm.com .

 

Features I want from theres (explained in noob sense):

 

1. Ability to scroll over main category and make a subgrouped window appear

2. List one picture of a product w/ description and include multiple applications in rows within the same page. For an example click: http://www.passwordjdm.com/product.asp?num...hFor=&PT_ID=438

3. The general design of it

4.Ability to use a page and link it under 2 catagories like 1 category is "motor type" and the other one is "Honda motor Type" and they would both go to Honda lets say.

 

 

Thats all I can think of, im sorry im so noob at this, but if you guys can just verify that this is possible with MINIMUM modification, having item number 2 being most important... please let me know.
