Credit card test

when i tried to remove out module payment its not uninstalling the module.. is it possible to ftp the folder n del then module file? cc.php? because on payment module. i can see 0 on it. but its not uninstalling the module. can anyone help plz.. reason i want to remove is i got 2checkout payment. n its showing both of them on checkout item..

Go into admin-modules-payment choose the default cc mod and edit. Then where it says Enable Credit Card Module

choose false.
