gearhead351 Posted February 27, 2006 Posted February 27, 2006 I found out the hard way that my cart is not emailing me or storing order details in admin only when they select 2checkout or paypal, not money order. I have no way of finding out what the person ordered :( Ill probably contact the customer to find out. But, how do I fix this? I have been beating my head against the wall trying to figure it out. I might have to do a full reinstall. I think I accidently uploaded php files in binary is the problem, or maybe i messed up my database in a transfer to a different server.
Jack_mcs Posted February 27, 2006 Posted February 27, 2006 If you are using the default paypal modules, that is a known problem. Install the oscommerce_paypal_ipn contribution to fix it. I haven't heard of that happening with 2CO though. For either of those though, you can install the Held Orders contribution. It creates a duplicate order for situations such as this.
