Kerstin
Hello, I get the error message "the page cannot be displayed" when using IE / XP during the ordering_process after entering all the address details and the same for create_account after entering all address data and then clicking the "continue" button.... Sometimes it works after I tried it for a few times, or the error message doesnt appear at all when I use another PC with IE and XP. The last contribution I installed: Ultimate SEO URLS Any help is very much appreciated! Many thanks, Kerstin

Kerstin
is issue still there. please eleborate more. Thanks for your reply, the issue is indeen still there :( Problem occurs with users using IE - I have one PC here using IE 6 where the prob occurs. When I want to create a new account, the SSL connection is established without problems and the page create_account.php opens. After entering all the contact details and clicking "Continue", the next page cant be displayed. I get the message: The page cannot be displayed The page you are looking for is currently unavailable. The Web site might be experiencing technical difficulties, or you may need to adjust your browser settings. [.....] Cannot find server or DNS Error Internet Explorer Same for customers who order without creating an account - as soon as it comes to submitting a site where data was entered - the next page is not available. And surprisingly it works after repeating the last step several times.... my shop: fishtanks-delivered.co.uk Thanks and regards, Kerstin
211655
i was unable to produce the error in both firefox and ie 6. i am in usa. i think its your isp which is timing out or your host. i doubt that it is the file. if it is a code related issue, it shoudnt differentiate the users/locations. try from different pcs. have friends try the same thing etc.... post what u see. 211655 SEO Optimization Export Orders into CSV file
