Subcategories Query

I want to my subcategories to have a text on like this .....ie to the Monitor Subcategory to have this 2 link lines:

17" - 19"

Philiphs -Sony

 

which it will be active link and when you press to filter the sub category!!And every subcategory to have its own!!!Is there a constribution like that??If no is it easy to be done??
