pages not working

Every time I click checkout_shipping.php and account.php I get (The page cannot be displayed), but everything else works?

You probably have ssl enabled without a properly installed ssl certificate.

How do I turn it off?

Ok I found where to turn it off, but I'm still not able to view those pages. Here is my admin/congifuer file.

There is no url listted so that file can't work. If that is your actual file, then you have another configure file in the includes/local directory.
