Subcategory Image Size (for index.php)

I need to change to the size of the subcategory images on a site I am working on.

 

I have looked through index.php and found SUBCATEGORY_IMAGE_HEIGHT and _WIDTH

 

I assume these values need to be changed, but I can not find where they are defined.
