Shipping table rates

Hi,

 

I am using the table rate module for shipping and I have installed an extra table rate. At the moment both shipping methods appear in the checkout (royal mail and parcel courier) and the customer can select which one they would like to use. Basically I only want ONE shipping method to appear depending on the weight of the order. So if the customer's order comes to less than 3kg only "table rate 1" (royal mail) option will appear and above 3kg only "table rate 2" (parcel courier) option will appear.

 

Is this possible? It sounds simple but I haven't got a clue how to do it. :blush:
