OOPs - customer pays and ???

Here's a dilema - the customer has paid for something? Payment has been received (notice from the bank), customer has registered and not completed the registration confirmation email.

 

There is no record of what the customer ordered. Is there a glitch or am I missing an update or patch?

 

Any help would be appreciated.

Are you using paypal? If so you should install the ipn module.

 

You can also set the return to your checkout_process.php file in your paypal admin

Yes I am using paypal - I'll look for the ipn module. I'll also look for how to set up a "return to the checkout_process.php file".

 

Not exactly sure, I thought I had installed the ipn module, but I'll double check.
