Guest Posted February 26, 2006 Posted February 26, 2006 (edited) Hallo Looks like there's six (6) different helpdesk/support ticket contribs, but - short of downloading and installing them all one by one - there's no way to know exactly which one does what. Or which one is the best to use. Anybody who has installed any of these have any reccomendations? One feature I'd love is if its setup to handle POP3 email accounts. I know customers probably don't want to have to login to their account to see if their issue has been settled. I hate websites that make me do that. Seems like it's home advantage for them, but I'm forced to play away. I'd also like it if [email protected] could be directly emailed to, and the issue would be opened within the admin so I dont have to use outlook to answer my customer support issues. I tried installing SugarCRM and the mod to integrate it with osC, but yikes, that thing is overly complicated. I don't have 1000 employees or sales force team etc. Any opinions, advice or offerings to this dilemma would be greatly appreciated. Tks Edited February 26, 2006 by Sean416 Quote
