Please Help - Checkout Process 2 Nochex is showing 0.00

Hi,

I have searched High n Low on google & oscommerce forums for this answer it seems no one has answered,

 

I have set up a new oscommerce shop on my domain www.blank-media.co.uk

as www.blank-media.co.uk/online/

so i am trying the order process & when it gets to confirm order on the order confirmation page it then goes to https://www.nochex.com/nochex.dll/checkout which is fine only the order amount shows up as 0.00

which is the problem

Please can someone help me ?????

 

I have also tried setting up another shop on the same domain called www.blank-media.co.uk/blank_media/

which also gives me the same problem,

 

However the original shop www.blank-media.co.uk/blankmedia/ is, ok ie it sends the correct amount to nochex,

 

I do not want to delete the original one as it will come in handy for a database & my High street shop which will not be charging online prices,

 

PLEASE HELP as no one ever seems to reply to this question ,
