2 Questions from a noob

1. Is there a way to limit access based on the state the visitor is browsing from.. Example: Everyone from Florida doesn't see prices.

 

2. If the store offers every product in 3 different bundles (single item, bundle of 5, truckload), do I have to create 3 different items in the catalog, or is there a way to have 3 versions of a product under 1 product page?

 

I appreciate any help.
