♥Vger Posted February 24, 2006 Posted February 24, 2006 STS is a template system. The idea is that you install the sytem and then make up your own template for it. There are some free templates for STS available from Contributions, but by the time you've edited them you may as well write your own. If you haven't installed STS yet and just want to set a border colour and style to your web page, and set a background color for outside of the main webpage then click the link below my name for "Fixed Width Site With CSS" - which will do that for you.
