Dear guys,

i am doing the shopping cart, it is almost finish, but when i want to create a account, filled all the information , and it comes ou this error, but in the database, have the new record, only cant show the successful page, plz help me, this is my project, and i need to present with it on sat, PLZZZZZZ.
