OscAffiliate 2.02 affiliate_signup.php problem

Hi, I've just installed OscAffiliate 2.02 and have a problem when signing up as an affiliate. Each time I complete the form it gives me as a result the following:

 

1364 - Field 'affiliate_root' doesn't have a default value

Any help will be appreciated since without this I cannot continue with my project as this is a crucial feature of my future site.

Mysql 5.0

Oscommerce 2.2 Milestone 2

PHP Admin 7
