Moved servers - can't access admin panel

I've just changed servers, and finally figured out how to move my database - and my store and phpbb2 boards & album data are all intact - whew!

 

My problem is, when I go to www.mysite/catalog/admin to check things there, I get the following error:

 

Authorization Required

This server could not verify that you are authorized to access the document requested. Either you supplied the wrong credentials (e.g., bad password), or your browser doesn't understand how to supply the credentials required.

 

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I changed the /admin/includes/config file, as well as the /includes/config file to reflect my new database name & username & password, but nothing works to log in........

 

Have I missed a step??

Log into your new host's control panel and change the password for the admin directory. This function will probably be called something like "Password Protect Directories."
