Here in canada we have two Tax. 1 is for Goverment Sales Tax and 2nd is for Provincial Sales Tax. NOw what i need to know is if my customer is not from our province he/she only have to pay the 7% GST tax now if the customer is from the same province im from he/she have to pay the 14% GST/PST tax. How can i set this up so customers dont have to pay 2 taxes?

There are several contributions for Canadian Tax, you have to find the one that works best for you. They are all easy installs. Also read the tax guide that comes with osC in the extra folder, it is a good tutorial.

You have to break the PST and GST down for the customers, by law they can not be grouped together. Also for some provinces you need to charge HST. Also shipping has either/or PST/GST/HST depending on where you are and where you are shipping it. No taxes for customers in other countries even on shipping.

I forgot to add the usual "I am not the law, the Gov't is so check with them". Whenever you add or don't add tax you should ask the gov't and get it in writing from them. If I am wrong or they are wrong YOU are still liable for the tax. Getting it in writing from them is your ONLY defence.
