Store with Easy Populate, STS, and more

What I want to know...I have a store that I'm about to put live but before I do, I want to add the product thumbnailer and Header tags controller contributions. Can I do both of them without messing with the easy populate and STS parts that I have already installed and got working perfectly?

I also wanted to remove the default images that are named table_background_blahblah. I removed them from the directory and I get a red x in place...how do I remove them all?

 

I tried to install the Header tags the way it says in the Easy populate file and it doesn't work. I get an error when opening the shop:

anyone?? The error is

 

1054 - Unknown column 'categories_htc_title_tag' in 'field list'
