Paying for access, not items

I'm looking to build a pay site for an online video-based training product. i.e. customer pays via credit card, and then logs in to get access to the course.

 

Further, I would like a second level of access where a site-license customer can allow up to a certain number of users to access the material, with their usernames and passwords administrated by the site license administrator.

 

I spoke with a local web designer who recommended oscommerce as being easy to integrate. However, I'm having trouble finding templates or examples for this type of a website.

 

Can this be done with oscommerce?
