OH NO! Site broke randomly!!

When my customers go to to their shopping cart and hit "checkout" it just sits there forever loading.. no one is able to checkout. It doesnt happen to everyone, just some people. OH! when it does finally load the shipping options are listed, bt there are no radio buttons to chose them.

 

I didnt change a single thing on the code, is there something my host may have changed that is effecting this? I cleared out the cache and cookies on my home mac and it worked fine, but here at school i can repeat the problem.

 

Some people are also having problems when they use paypal express checkout. After they go through paypal and come back to the site it takes them to the checkout payment page where they get stuck in a loop. =(

 

any ideas?? I am desperate and this has been a problem for almost a week apparently!

I was able to get all the way to the Payment page but the entire site was very slow loading.
