Please help with the following critical errors

Hi there

 

I've just carried out a fresh install on a subdomain, ie. http://shop.mydomain.com and the following errors are generated for both the main shop and the admin function.

 

Are these because of the installation against a sub domain or that I need to do something else.

Any help or information would really appreciated. I'm new to PHP/mySQL how ever not to programming.
