Create an Account - Email Issues

Hi

 

Just starting to use Oscommerce and I'm tweaking it a bit. When I do a test purchase, I only get as far as registering as a new customer then hit submit and get this error:

 

Warning: mail(): SMTP server response: 550 5.7.1 Unable to relay for [email protected] in D:\hshome\mrsblud\twinsincloth.com\catalog\includes\classes\email.php on line 500

 

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at D:\hshome\mrsblud\twinsincloth.com\catalog\includes\classes\email.php:500) in D:\hshome\mrsblud\twinsincloth.com\catalog\includes\functions\general.php on line 29

 

Any help would be appreicated!

The second error is caused by the first.

 

The first error is caused by you trying to use an e-mail address which is not based on your domain in your osCommerce 'admin' panel e.g

 

[email protected]

 

instead of

 

[email protected]

Thanks for that - I changed the email address in the configuration/my store - to [email protected]

 

Did another test and same error - the email address it doesn't like but it the new customer's email address.
