I had the dreaded Register_Global issues,

 

Had the server set those to on...

 

Now when I click the link to begin using the product i get the following message...

 

 

1146 - Table 'mongo_osc1.configuration' doesn't exist

 

select configuration_key as cfgKey, configuration_value as cfgValue from configuration

mongo_osc1 is the username given by my server. I know it has to be a simple fix, but I need steered in the right direction as I am illiterate in such things...

The error means that the database has not been completely populated with the default oscommerce.sql file, which contains the configuration table.
