jasonsjoesandmore Posted February 22, 2006 Posted February 22, 2006 i cant get emails to come to my aol email account from the site. if a person is trying to contact me through my store and hits the contact link then i never get it. it still asks for there name and email address and message. it then says that the message has been sent to the store owner. thats it. any ideas?
ozEworks Posted March 4, 2006 Posted March 4, 2006 We seem to have problems with AOL too. It is not the AOL account that is a problem as they don't use it - they is a domain email address. So it looks more like AOL as their ISP. Emails from the site get to them but other emails to their domain outside of the site take days. I am trying to find a reason.
