Wendy James Posted February 22, 2006 Posted February 22, 2006 I just took a quick look but congrats on the fantastic look. Definately eye catching. Wendy James Creativity is allowing yourself to make mistakes. Art is knowing which ones to keep.
Teun van Wely Posted February 22, 2006 Posted February 22, 2006 Very nice looking site. Content also very nice. The only (minor) flaws I could see were: the pop-up doesn't display the entire image in Firefox and you have to scroll horizontally on low resolution screens.
dmaxextreme Posted February 23, 2006 Posted February 23, 2006 One of the best sites I've seen in a while. Congrats! Looks like that took you a while to design / build.
kaca Posted February 23, 2006 Posted February 23, 2006 good design.if there are someting flash will be better
moonbeam Posted February 23, 2006 Posted February 23, 2006 I like the templete, good color choices. Have a look at your source code, the keywords and desciptions donot match your site. Maybe they still match the templete you bought. (Rhonda's sterling collection) You should change that info asap...so the search engines don't see that. Good Luck, Moon "Woohoo, Just Havin Funnn!"

Chance Posted February 24, 2006 Posted February 24, 2006 You have a unique product line (there are even a couple things I might buy!) and a nice site. With the right promotion and business management, you will make barrels of money. Aside from a couple minor design issues, the site is great. http://www.followfunction.com/about.php - You might want to think about putting a margin left on the body text to get it off the left navbar. My advice comes in two flavors- Pick the one that won't offend you. Hard and Cynical: How to Make a Horrible osCommerce Site Warm and Fuzzy: How to Make an Awesome osCommerce Site
Clarine Posted March 13, 2006 Posted March 13, 2006 Congrats on thinking outside of the box. It would be good to look at your first site and see your growth. I would rethink the category font, size and position. Simple is good but it needs to have the same 'clean' look as the rest of the site. Nice choice of products too, excepting the 'spoon and rest', erm.... saucer anyone? :)
lightersdirect Posted March 13, 2006 Author Posted March 13, 2006 Thanks for the comments guys- they have been extremely helpful. We are now live!
Clarine Posted March 19, 2006 Posted March 19, 2006 Hi, Additional note - the images for your gift certificates are missing, you might want to fix that. Thanks for the comments guys- they have been extremely helpful. We are now live!

The header looks great but it does not do much. Backup before making changes. Backup before making changes! Backup before making changes!! You did do a backup? eh?
