Mails for client and merchant

Hi my site will sell programs of thirparties so as they'll sell their software by my site I'd like to know how can make oscommerce send an email to these associates publishers every time one of their products is sold.

 

For example if I sell software from companies A, B and C each time a customer purchases a product of B the owner of company B should get an e mail and not the others and so on...

 

Any help will be appreciated.
