Extracting and Importing Database Records

Is it possible to transfer customers and orders from one database to another? I have tried by exporting on phpadmin/mysql however, the customers and orders are not viewable on the admin side. I also tried products and I can see them on the catalog but the same problem exists where the admin side has no evidence of the products.

 

I want to do it so that the orders and customers can be viewed in the admin page. I dont mind if the products cant be imported as I can manually do that.

 

I want to redo the site basically clean start since the current site has some contributions which I dont use. I would prefer it if the customers wouldnt lose their order history and accounts during this migration.

If anyone knows how this can be achieved please let me know.
