Stupid Annoying letters on my oscommerce store!

My son (14 years old) has now almost finished creating his first oscommerce store. The thing is though when you go on a catogary page. e.g baths it lists the products but on the left side it says the letters "n"

My sons website is Tignes Interiors

Please can you tell me what the problem is in simple terms so i can pass this information on to my son.
