sts installing probs

hay guys

im trying to install sts on a clen osc but after copying the files to the folders it dont work ... i open the index.php and it shows blank page .... and im using my coputer as a server .. so any help ...

 

and is there any thing to help bulding my site becouse iv read in the formus that after installing the sts it wont be easy to change the tables and every thin ,,,,

I'm having a similar problem. Just installed STS on a clean (i think) OSC and when i try to look at the index.php file i get the following error:-

 

"Warning: mysql_connect(): Access denied for user: 'martial@localhost' (Using password: NO) in /home/martial/public_html/OSCOMMERCE/catalog/includes/functions/database.php on line 19 Unable to connect to database server!"

 

There wasnt a problem like this before STS and I havent seen anything in the README file that suggests I need to setup the login/password to my database again.

man This indicates the wrong username DB_SERVER_USERNAME or password DB_SERVER_PASSWORD information in the configure.php files
