Can't See Columns

I've just copied a database from one site to another and everything seems fine apart from I can't see the side columns! I checked the design controls and everything is as it's supposed to be - include columns is true, they're enabled on infobox admin etc.

 

Any ideas?

There is no Infobox Admin in osCommerce.

 

If using another programme then you really need to go to their support forums.
