move header links?

i would like to move header links: my account | shoppinig cart | check out shipping (the links on the right of header not the pictures) to the shopping_cart box down under. Then break between the links. but where do i change/add in i think shopping_cart.php?

 

and the rest, the navigationbar will i move to the "main" welcome guest...... but over the table so it has to be seen all the time. where in the code do i change/add?

I have been searching the forum for just about the same question and problem that you have. Let me know if you find the answer. I am wanting to put the Log in and Create an Account links in the small blue bar between the Catalog and My Account links.

 

I am not sure what page for me to do that is at.

It's in the catalog\includes\header.php You could simply extend it to include additional links to other functions of osc. See how the My Account link for instance is setup and replicate it.
