Hi All,

I wish to sell my products to different countries, those countries having different VATs.

My Products should always have the same price, no matter in wich country I sell.

For ex.:

Product A: Price= 100,00 EUR

Germany : VAT = 16,00% ---> Product A incl. GERMAN VAT = 100,00 EUR

France : VAT = 19,60% ---> Product A incl. FRENCH VAT = 100,00 EUR

Any Idea how I could archive this ?

Thanks for every intelligent answer.

Here's an intelligent answer. You only charge VAT for the country your shop is located. If you export from UK to Germany and the purchaser has a German DE VAT number then they pay no VAT - they may even qualify for no VAT whatever. Consult an accountant for exact details. So you're going to charge the French less than the Germans and the french less than the Irish.... as the all-important price is the one before tax. You simply cannot charge French or German etc. VAT if you do not operate in that country.

Thanks for your qualified and intelligent reply trevwilson.

The thing is so far I know, from the country your shop is based to the country you ship, there is always a turnover limit, like for example from GER->FRA, if you make more than 100.000?/year from GER to FRA, you have to apply the French VAT to your customers.

But I'll check that more deeply with our accountant, and post here the reults.
