csv or xml help

i would like to update my products or add them easy i have over 300 if not more products and i want to know if i can just have 1 file for example where i can download it edit the file like add 10 or 100 products reupload the file and the site will have them new products?

 

Is there something like this out there or can anyone make 1 i am willing to pay
