Newbie Question! Image upload into sub category

Ok, I read the documention and and searched the forum, how the heck do you get OSC to look in a specific directory for the image?

 

The documention says to enter the path like this?

"c:oscommercecatalogimagesdvd/movie.jpg"

 

i'm still not getting it...

let's say i have image abc.jpg in folder /images/123/

 

I enter

/images/123/abc.jpg

 

i don't get any error messages or anything, it says file uploaded successfully, I already created the directory and uploaded the image file via ftp and the folder has all writes "chmod 777"

If you can get that cludge/tip in the documentation to work you get a gold star. Not many have.
