Cannot login to admin area anymore

Cannot login to admin area anymore. Where can I reset the admin password/username?

 

Also get this error below at the top of each page:

 

Warning: The sessions directory does not exist: /home/httpd/vhosts/originalhoffbrausteaks.com/httpdocs/sauces/tmp. Sessions will not work until this directory is created.

talk to your isp about the tmp dir. You may be pointing it in the wrong path.

 

To login as admin the .htacess and .htpasswd files have to have the right settings. Make sure they are there and the format is right.
