Hard Coding a URL into a catagories option. - URL Spullied

I want to have the user go to a seperate page - a affilate domain when then select a option under

'Musical Instruments' - Catagories Box

 

ie. They click on a option and the go to a URL I sepecify.

 

www.pennylanemusic.co.uk

 

Does anyone know where I can do this? Im Stumped! ???

 

Willing to help out with other problems have installed a lot..:)
