Guest Posted February 20, 2006 Posted February 20, 2006 create a tax zone that covers everything you're planning to ship to and then assign the tax zone to the products. Also your store's zone must be included.

When I enter the price into the product input page and I enter 10 into the net price box, 11.75 appears in the gross price box. However it fails to show ?11.75 against the product on the web page. Instead it shows ?10. Have I already done correctly what you suggested? Garry
Guest Posted February 20, 2006 Posted February 20, 2006 what happens if you create an account with the same zone (address) as your store. Once you log in does it show the tax browsing the product list?

Guest Posted February 20, 2006 Posted February 20, 2006 looks like the tax zone is not set correctly. Goto your osc Admin->Locations/Taxes tax zones You should have a Tax Zone folder and under the details an entry that specify the zones to cover. Is that left to the florida defaults?
