Product images get mixed up when putting up new products

Hi,

We've put up almost 400 products in a new store and now it seems that sometimes when we add a product it mixes up this product with one put up earlier. They both get the same product image, regardless of wich product image I change. If I change one of them, the other changes as well, it's pretty strange since all images have unique names. Product info and name remains OK.

 

Is this a known problem? I've been searching the forums but haven't found any answers. It's not a cache problem, I've tried this on several computers, emptied cache and all, no change.
