Obviously I don't want my retail customers lamenting over the markup so how can I create a password protected wholesale area where I grant access after they fill out a form (with business license number, etc)? Thanks for any tips and/or links! :D

I have some items which will only be available at Wholesale and others only at Retail. Might you (or anyone reading this) know if 'Seperate Pricing Per Customer' can control the display of items based upon that constraint? OR maybe just indicate the item is only available for one or the other? THANKS!

Of course the Wholesale customers can still see the items when they are not logged in, but they will disappear and cannot be ordered the moment they do log in.
