Installed Header Tags, Now What

I am desperate and need some serious help. I installed header tags. When I enter any information into the page control for index.php or any of the others, nothing populates when looking at my site.

 

I have managed to get the defaul to work on other random pages.

 

Also, when info is intered for each particular product, I cannot get the keywords to display.

 

I would appreciate any help !

I should have specified that I was using the text control option. I have filled in test for every page and updated. The information doesn't show on any of the pages except for the default infomation shows on the checkout pages.

 

Also, I am unable to get the meta tag information to work.

 

Please help me, I have read so much and cannot find my answers. Thank you so much for your time.
