No pictures and there is some erros why?

hello all

i was trying to install oscommerce on my computer so i downloaded phpdev that includes the mysql,php,and apache and phpmyadmin and i did all the steps in the documentation after that i dont know how i can reach the admin page and also when i open the store it will give me all the online store but without any pictures i dont know whats wrong

so any idea guys
