Where fo I place a link to my forum/newsgroup

All the help page says is : Text Links

Text links can be added a couple of ways which is a matter of preference.

<?php echo '<a href="' . tep_href_link(FILENAME_CHECKOUT) . '">' . 'CHECKOUT' . '</a>'; ?>

What I need to add is http://josephinesplace.com/phpBB/ at the first here and http://josephinesplace.com/AdvancedGuestBook/ at the second here.

Doesnt say into which php document I place it, Which folder.

Ideally I would like to place it in a sentance I allready have on the front page of my site wich is at http://www.josephinesplace.com

Where it has : Welcome Guest! Would you like to log yourself in? Or would you prefer to create an account?

Welcome. To access our Forum click Here or Guest Book Just click Here. .

Id like to place the links in the "here" sections of the statement. :-"

The welcome message is n the index.php file, near the bottom. Find that code and place this beneath it

<tr>
<td>Welcome. To access our Forum <a href="http://josephinesplace.com/phpBB/" target="Forum">click Here</a></td>
</tr>
