What's new here? and sign in - where's the file?

Hello,

I can't for the life of me find the What's new here? file so I can change it. It's found at the top of the center section and it also contains the "Welcome Guest....." sign in or create account links.

 

Does anybody know where this file is?

The "Welcome Guest" text is in incudes\languages\english.php

Search that file for TEXT_GREETING_GUEST and you will find it.
