Multiple Item Discount

I am looking to set up a photography site that sells digital images. Here is the kicker: I would like to apply a discount based on the number of items purchased. For instance if they buy one digital picture it is $18 if they buy two different pictures the price would be $15 each, if they buy 3 different pictues the price would be $12 each and so on... Does OsCommerce have this functionality?

Check the contributions area. Do a search on 'quantity discount', there are a number of them discount contributions, one of them should work for you.
