Hey need some help im new to OSC

Ok i want to put and image as my infobox header.

 

This was easy to do with zen cart upload the image make sure th form

background-image: url(../images/Untitled-1 copy.gif); was in and then it would show but with OSC i cant get this to work im just getting a whit backround.
