adding products to the epa

I'm wondering how to add products to the epa so that it doesn't take FOREVER. I have 10,000 products to add but it seems to be taking up all of my time. Is there any way around this?

 

Also, when I add the product description in excel and save it... half of the product description is missing from each product and I'm not sure why. Is there something I'm doing wrong or is there a setting I need to change in excel? any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!
