stop purchases outside demograph

Hi, does anyone know a way of stopping purchases fom a shop from people outside a certain demograph?

For instance only let people from the UK make purchases.

yea one way, you could deploy the active countries and set only UK to be active. Then whoever creates an account has to enter a UK address.
