Cataogories Box not populating

Hi All

 

I have recently transfered my site from one server to another. I just copied the files directly from the old server to the new one and performed a restore on the MYSQL database.

 

So far it looks ok but the categories box is not populating the categorie menu. I have not changed any of the configuration files as I am a but unsure what to do.
