Email instead of billing, is it possible?

Hi!

 

I'm new here. I was wondering:

 

Can osCommerce be set up so that I can have an on-line catalogue where a visitor picks items, they go in the shopping cart BUT when it comes to paying, rather than provide his cc details / paypal, etc. the program just sends me an email with his name + phone number + list of items?

 

Of course, I'd rather have the "whole" thing, but this would really help me for the time being until I go for the whole package.

 

Can it be done?

Probably the easiest way to do this would be to modify the check/money order module. Just change the language files to "send us your order info" instead of "mail us a check" The order would show up in the admin, you would get the order email and you could do what you want as far as processing it and sending them the info you need to send them to get paid.
