my payment page is blank now !!any help?

thanks everyone first ,I get the following 2 probs

1 :I set up cheque paymeny,credit card payment and credit card with secure methods payment ,

when I test the credit card ,no errors show up but still the payment canot get through .

when I test credit card with secure methods payment ,it also say wrong vendor name and password.

 

2: my payment page became blank suddenly today .
